In this role, your primary responsibility will be designing and implementing the User Experience of the Caravel platform. This includes but is not limited to our core platform and integrations with platforms like Slack, Zendesk, Salesforce, and more. You will also be Caravel's best and most active user. You will be asked to continually advocate for the Caravel platform by creating new and interesting concepts using the Caravel platform to solve our user's problems and leveraging data in intriguing ways. You will also openly share your learnings and push for improvements to influence our roadmap.
You'll be responsible for wireframing and building our existing platform and for conceptualizing and planning new user experiences. You will also map customer pain points to software solutions and be responsible for the technical execution of our user-facing components and will work directly with Caravel's engineering team to integrate these components into our APIs and core functionality.
Albeit small, Caravel is a fast-paced and high performance team. We rapidly tested hundreds of ideas to get to here, pivoted multiple times, and have strong validation by way of paying customers, an expanding users base, and venture funding. We have big plans and a big vision, and need a flexible creative engineer who is not afraid to iterate at a fast pace to help take Caravel's user experience to the next level!
