At Caravel, the sales team partners with our largest customers to understand their needs, unlock broken feedback workflows and help their employees analyze data and implement new strategies effectively. As a founding member of the sales team, you will be a brand ambassador of Caravel with customers and with teammates alike. You will report directly to the CEO and will have endless opportunities for cross functional collaboration as we continue to build and scale our business.
We’re looking for true business “owners” in this role who are excited to accelerate their careers and help us execute on our mission. Customer obsessed sales leaders that can understand customers' needs while creating value and have experience navigating and building relationships across the C-suite. You must be motivated and able to create a large pipeline of business, and close in quarter sales cycles.
